Co-founder of Bantam Bagels, Elyse Oleksak is a former Division 1 student athlete, an entrepreneur, public speaker, certified executive & career coach and top selling author. Prior to that, she is grateful for her experience having worked in Morgan Stanley Investment Management, which she attributes to learning many key lessons early in her career.

Oleksak’s recent memoir, A Shark Ate My Bagel, was self published and categorized as an Amazon “Best Seller” immediately upon launch. The book features a gut-wrenching, relatable, inspirational memoir offering lessons in how to start, market and grow a business as a mother, wife and female entrepreneur in today’s America.
Elyse lives outside of New York City with her three children, and her husband, Nick. Elyse is a graduate of Columbia University, where she met her husband and was a 4 year starter on the women’s lacrosse team.
Elyse is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and is currently working on several consulting projects with passionate small business owners.
