Co-founder of Bantam Bagels, Elyse Oleksak lives outside of New York City with her three children, and her husband, Nick. Elyse met her husband while attending Columbia University as a four-year starter on Columbia’s Division 1 Varsity Lacrosse Team. Elyse is also a Life and Career Coach, certified by New York University.
